Building global connections through educators
Lattice Global is dedicated to advancing teacher well-being and strengthening person-to-person ties between the United States and ally nations.
We believe that when educators thrive, their classrooms do too. And when educators from different countries come together, sharing experiences, stories, and values, something even more powerful happens: the world feels a little smaller, and the relationships they build create lasting trust that travels home in both directions.
Professional cultural exchange
The exchange we're talking about happens through immersive work in the United States. In the thirty seconds before the bell rings when two teachers compare notes in the hallway. In an IEP meeting where a teacher from abroad encounters what decades of American disability law and hard-fought advocacy have built into a classroom. In the moment an American school discovers that their new colleague has been teaching students with complex needs for fifteen years using methods they've never seen before.
That kind of exchange only happens through immersion in professional life. As a colleague, day after day, doing the same work, navigating the same systems, earning the same trust. That is what Lattice is here to create.
The intersect of policy and culture
American schools carry something rare: a legal and cultural infrastructure built specifically around the idea that every child deserves access to a meaningful education. IDEA, 504 plans, least restrictive environments, and individualized supports aren't just policies. Rather, they represent a commitment that evolved over generations. For an international teacher, that framework is a living expression of what a society decided to value.
About Lattice
Lattice is an exchange facilitator set up to build lasting relationships with every school and district we work with, and we stay close throughout the entire experience. We recruit and vet international teachers who are genuinely qualified, credentialed, experienced, fluent, and ready to be full colleagues, not visitors on assignment.
We manage licensing, credential evaluation, cultural orientation, and placement.
We are a small organization with a clear purpose. We exist to make cultural exchange real, not symbolic, by setting up qualified international educators to work in American classrooms and building the relationships that let them succeed.
